From the time I made the initial call, to the closing there was never a 2nd thought or regret that chose the right realtor to sell my house. Details you should know: Starting from the minute I interviewed Manny as 1 of 3 prospective agents to sell my house he gave me one on one attention. He never asked to check his cell for an incoming text or take a call when he was talking with me (believe me his phone was lighting up.) He told me "I know I can sell your home" and I more importantly he said "I want to sell home!" He promised an aggressive advertising campaign of my home and did just that. My house was under contract with 4 days of being placed on the market. We never had an open house only a handful of private showings and received multiple offers as well as above asking price for our home. He handled all paperwork including inspections. He responded to any questions I had in less than 1 hour and in many situations within minutes, If I ever had to sell a home again Manny would be my one and only call! I Highly recommend him!
